Meridith is a dedicated fiber artist and weaver who creates vibrant, custom textiles. She brings valuable leadership skills to the board, having served as president of the Handweavers Guild of the New River Valley. Meridith uses her deep passion for community and design to help grow local arts programs.

COMMUNITY LIAISON

Donna Davis serves as Director of Community Engagement at Goodwill Industries, leading community outreach for the Melrose Plaza project. She brings over 25 years of nonprofit experience, including roles as Executive Director of The Newsome House Museum in Newport News, VA, Director of Administration for Apple Ridge Farm in Roanoke, and two decades in Information Technology with NOAA and Navy Intelligence.

A Roanoke native and graduate of Roanoke City Public Schools, Donna holds a B.S. in Technical Project Management from DeVry University. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Board for The Calm Clinic & Caravan Acupuncture Services and Vice Chair of the Executive Board for the Roanoke Arts Commission. Donna enjoys creating art and attending jazz festivals in her free time.
